UKURAN DAN KONVERSI


Pakailah sendok ukur, gelas ukur dan timbangan yang standar. Semua ukuran sendok ukur dan gelas ukur adalah rata kecuali bila dinyatakan lain.

 
Ukuran Volume Bahan
1 sdt (sendok teh) = 5 ml = 5 cc
1 liter = 1.000 ml = 1.000 cc
1 sdm (sendok makan) = 15 ml = 15 cc
1dl = 100 ml = 100 cc
1 gelas (cup) = 250 ml = 250 cc
1 ml = 1 cc


Ukuran Berat Bahan
Bahan Berat 1 sdm 1 cup
Tepung terigu 10 gr 140 gr
Gula Pasir 20 gr 225 gr
Gula merah (dipadatkan) 15 gr 200 gr
Brown sugar (dipadatkan) 10 gr 170 gr
Gula bubuk 10 gr 110 gr
Mentega 15 gr 225 gr
Margarine 15 gr 225 gr
Cokelat bubuk 5 gr 80 gr
